Founder & event curator
Hannah Tucker began Disruption Dinner in 2017 with the aim of reframing the narrative on climate change, using food as a way of turning otherwise complex and abstract changes into tangible and deeply personal ones. The stories behind each dish and drink stem from research into climate and technology Hannah began while working with former U.S. Vice President Al Gore at Generation Investment Management. She now carries out this research independently and shares it publicly through the Balance Point Ventures platform. The content of the dinners has grown over time to include disruptive changes across the environment, society, information and technology, all of which are reshaping the food system today. Hannah holds dual masters degrees in business administration and international studies from the Wharton School and Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Climate Reality Leader based in London.
